2.1. Face Data and Biometric Information

We will only collect and process this Face Data after obtaining your explicit, in-app consent. When you use features like "Skin ID," "Style Transfer," or "AI Tutorials," you may upload photos containing human faces.

• Data Collected: We extract facial geometry data, skin tone information, and feature landmarks from your photos.
• Purpose: This data is used solely to perform the requested AI analysis and apply makeup effects to your specific facial structure.

2.2. User Content (Photos)

We collect the original images you upload ("Input Images") and store the generated results ("Output Images").

• Storage: We securely store your images on our cloud servers. This allows you to access your "My Works" history, view past tutorials, and re-download results without needing to re-upload or re-generate.

2.3. Usage and Device Data

We collect anonymous technical data to improve App stability, including:

• Device model and operating system version.
• Crash logs and performance metrics.
• Feature usage statistics (e.g., which filters are most popular).

2.4. Subscription Information

All financial transactions are handled by the App Store (Apple). We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or banking information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• 3.1. Service Provision: To process your photos using our AI algorithms and deliver the makeup tutorials or style transfer results you requested.
• 3.2. History & Convenience: To maintain your "My Works" gallery, allowing you to revisit and manage your past creations.
• 3.3. STRICT LIMITATION - No AI Training: We explicitly state that we do NOT use your Face Data or User Content to train, retrain, or improve our generative AI models for general use. Your face data is isolated and processed only to serve you.
• 3.4. No Selling: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or Face Data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or data broking purposes.

4. Data Storage and Retention

4.1. Secure Cloud Storage

Your data is processed and stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) located in the United States or other jurisdictions.

4.2. Retention Period

We retain your Input Images, Face Data, and Output Images associated with your account for as long as your account is active, to support the "My Works" history feature.

4.3. Deletion Mechanism

You have full control over your data storage. You can:

• Delete individual items: Remove specific photos from your "My Works" gallery.
• Delete your account: Go to Me > Delete All Data. Upon this request, all your associated data (photos, face data, history) will be permanently deleted from our servers.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App:

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host our servers and perform AI computations. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is contractually obligated to provide the same or equal protection of your personal data as stated in this Privacy Policy. We also utilize Google to process specific image generation tasks from your uploaded photos. Google similarly guarantees the same or equal protection of your personal data.
• Analytics Providers: To analyze aggregate usage trends (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel). These providers do not have access to your specific Face Data or photos.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures designed to protect your data, including:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
• Access Control: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
