By downloading, installing, or using FabLens (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
FabLens grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
3.1. Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant FabLens a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., generating makeup effects) and maintaining your history.
3.2. AI Results: The makeup effects, skin analysis, and tutorials generated by our AI are for entertainment and informational purposes only. The AI may produce artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be 100% accurate or realistic.
The App is NOT a medical device. The "Skin ID" or skin analysis features are powered by AI algorithms based on visual data and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5.1. Pro Subscription: Some features require a paid subscription ("FabLens Pro").
5.2. Billing: All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. FabLens does not directly store your payment information.
5.3. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your device's Account Settings.
5.4. Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds.
The App, including its code, design, interface, graphics, and the "FabLens" trademark, is owned by the Developer and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FabLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
